Warranty Claim Process

Describe the issue and provide the product order number, order date or invoice number.
Our support team will diagnose the issue and provide a solution. This may take around 2 or 3 work days.
Usually two solutions: 1. replace with a new product; 2.replace a new accessory
Wait for a couple of weeks, the issue will be completely fixed by the replacement
